The 56-year-old man, newspaper vendor, started getting tattoos of the actress after watching Erin Brockovich and so far he has spent a million pesos (£1,300) on 82 tattoos and still have plans to get more tattoos of her on his chest, back and arms as long as there is space and he has the money
